Dear colleagues, patients, family members, and supporters of the ADHD cause, We need your support to understand the main barriers to accessing care for people with ADHD globally! This research is being conducted worldwide in 6 different languages. Prof. Cortese and myself are supporting the involvement of English-speaking stakeholders in the UK and Ireland. We are inviting people with ADHD, their families, health and education professionals, and professionals to participate. This work is part of a broader project led by Prof. Luis Rodhe (former president of IACAPAP and World Federation of ADHD), and in collaboration with Prof. Samuele Cortese and many other world-leading experts in ADHD. The results of this study will be part of a series in Lancet Psychiatry, one of the world’s most respected scientific journals, and will certainly inform health policies on ADHD around the world. Your response will be treated anonymously, and the data will only be analyzed at a group level. We expect it will take a maximum of 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. Please feel free to share the link and/or the post with other colleagues, people with lived experience, family members, and supporters of the ADHD cause.
